Terroir
The hills of Piedmont between Langhe and Monferrato, the heart of the D.O.C.G. Moscato d'Asti, on calcareous soils suited to the cultivation of White Moscato.
Winemaking
The Moscato Bianco grapes are harvested by hand and immediately crushed. The must, filtered and chilled, is stored at a low temperature to preserve the freshness of the aromas. Fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a controlled temperature until the natural sweetness is reached.

Serve at 6-8°C.
