Terroir
The production area of Prosecco D.O.C. stretches between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, in Northeast Italy, a territory historically suited to the cultivation of the Glera grape. Hills and plains with a mild and breezy climate, where the proximity of the sea and mountains creates ideal conditions for fresh and aromatic wines.
Winemaking
The Glera grapes are carefully harvested and vinified. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method at a controlled temperature, to preserve the typical aromas and freshness of the denomination.

Serve at 6-8°C.
