Extra Dry Millesimato
Our Cuvée bears the year the Villa was built in its name. Extra Dry sparkling wine with a brilliant straw-yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, delicate floral notes and hints of fresh fruit open up; on the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and inviting. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany the entire meal.

Winemaking
The grapes are processed using modern techniques to preserve their freshness and aromas. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method at a controlled temperature.
