Terroir
The hills of Piedmont between Langhe and Monferrato, the heart of the Asti D.O.C.G., on calcareous soils well-suited to the cultivation of Moscato Bianco.
Winemaking
The Moscato Bianco grapes are harvested and immediately pressed. The must, filtered and chilled, is stored at a low temperature to preserve the freshness of its aromas. The secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method at a controlled temperature.

Serve at 6-8°C.
