In the glass it presents a pale pink colour with amber reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it releases aromas of orange blossom, sage and honey, with hints of rose and violet and a pleasantly spicy touch, while on the palate it is sweet, fresh and creamy, with harmonious and enveloping drinkability. Terroir

The hills of Piedmont between Langhe and Monferrato,
heart of the D.O.C.G. Asti and D.O.C.G. Brachetto d'Acqui.

Winemaking

The grapes are carefully vinified to achieve the delicate pink colour. Second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method at a controlled temperature, to preserve aromas, freshness and creaminess.

Serve at 6-8°C.
